From two-tone to a wonderfully renewed home — This Naperville colonial got a whole exterior refresh with siding and window replacement by the Opal team!
The project began with a thorough assessment of needs and wants. We take plenty of pictures before and during the renovation, so we can document the whole process.
Before
The home was previously outfitted with old aluminum siding. One side of the home had a two-tone area that was the result of a color matching issue from previous siding repair by another contractor. This happens often because it’s very difficult to match colors to aged siding when there’s a partial replacement. Not too worry, Opal’s to the rescue!
The rear of the home features a beautiful sunroom area. Lots of new windows to make sparkle!
Hmmm… The front of the home seems to be missing something. There’s no where to stay dry out here! Portico to come!
