The Siding
We replaced the old siding with a gorgeous fiber cement siding by James Hardie. We installed James Hardie Cedarmill planks in Heathered Moss, and Hardie shake siding in Navajo Beige. James Hardie’s gorgeous colors come pre-finished and baked on for a long-lasting, vibrant color. The Roof
The entire roof was replaced with GAF Timberline HD shingles in the Hickory color. The homeowner chose top quality GAF roofing products for the entire roof, which made the roof qualify for the amazing Golden Pledge Roof Warranty. The Golden Pledge Warranty is only attainable through GAF Master Elite Roofers like Opal Enterprises. We also replaced all 4 skylights on the home with Velux skylight windows, installed seamlessly with the roof.
Finishing Touches
The house was accented with Hardie Trim in Cobblestone color. On the front of the home we installed Versetta Stone Siding along the base. The Versetta Stone style chosen was Tight Cut in Sterling color. The home also got all new Alside gutters, soffit, and fascia in Antique Parchment color. Finishing touches make for a complete makeover. This home looks like new again!
