Pearl Gray is one of the exciting new James Hardie siding colors! It’s an ultra light gray that offers a lovely, luxurious look. It’s gorgeous with just about any color pairing. Here we accented the home with Arctic White trim, black shutters, and a pine bead board porch ceiling. The siding style we used in this project is called Cedarmill HardiePlank, and it has a nice wood texture. James Hardie Siding is made of a highly durable fiber cement material and the color finish is baked on for lasting, low-maintenance beauty. The roof on the home was also replaced. For the roof, we used GAF Timberline HD shingles in Charcoal color. We finished the renovation off with premium Raindrop gutter guards and decorative finishing touches.
