Opal won the 2013 Service Excellence Award presented by James Hardie Siding, sponsored by GuildQuality. The Service Excellence Award is given to James Hardie Contractors “who provide outstanding service and quality in the home” based on a GuildQuality customer satisfaction survey. The survey was offered to a random sample of Opal Enterprise’s customers. Participants were asked to rate the company on their sales presentation, installation, quality of construction and the materials used and finally, on whether or not they’d recommend the company to friends and family. Opal Enterprises provides a wide range professional exterior remodeling services in Naperville, including window replacement, siding and roofing installation.
