Just like every good home should, Opal started with a strong foundation. Our foundation began in 2003 with founders, Voytek Opalski and Tara Dawn. With their industry expertise, leadership skills and commitment to their craft, they set out to build an exterior remodeling enterprise, Opal Enterprises!
Opal began with an approach to remodeling centered around teamwork, expert craftsmanship, high-quality building materials, and customer satisfaction. This approach was paramount to our success as we gained new customers through referrals, building our reputation as one of the top contractors in the area.
Today, Opal has an outstanding team that’s dedicated to delivering the same wonderful remodeling experience that built it. Opal Enterprises is a local, family-owned and -operated company improving home in the west and southwest suburbs of Chicagoland. Getting Started
When you reach out to us, an Opal Enterprises team member will discuss your project with you in detail to determine how we can best fulfill your needs. We’ll then schedule an appointment for one of our friendly project consultants to meet with you in your home.

Initial Meeting
Through our in-home meeting, our consultant will assess the scope of your project and perform a basic evaluation of your home. We will also take initial measurements and review your project details and all your options.

Preparation & Design
We’ll design a solution-based plan of work to achieve your desired outcome. Together, we’ll visualize how your renovated home will look and select top-quality materials for long-lasting performance and attractive color pairings for heightened curb appeal.

Proposal & Estimate
We will map out the entire project and help you understand what to expect. We do this by discussing the materials we’ll incorporate as well as our qualifications and assurances so that you can make an informed decision. At Opal Enterprises, most estimates are free.

Contract Signing
As your remodeling partner, we will keep you informed once the contract is signed. To help you prepare, we will tell you weeks in advance when you can expect our team to begin working on your home. And we'll schedule your project at the time that works for you.

Project Installation
An experienced and knowledgeable project manager will oversee your project to ensure that everything goes smoothly. You can trust that we’ll keep you updated throughout and promptly address any questions or concerns you have along the way.

Cleanup
After we finish your project, we will clean up thoroughly so that you can start enjoying your new renovation immediately. As a remodeler dedicated to sustainability, we haul away old building materials to a disposal partner that recycles and reclaims as many as possible.

Final Walkthough
A crew leader will take the time to conduct a complete walkthrough with you. We will provide you with all warranty and project paperwork, answer any questions you have, and show you how to use and care for your newly installed home products.
