Fire Ratings

UL Class A is the highest fire resistance rating that you’ll see in building products. It indicates the fire spread index. Look for Class A products for the highest level of fire protection.

  • Class A or I: Flame spread Index of 0 – 25
  • Class B or II: Flame spread Index 26 – 75
  • Class C or III: Flame spread Index 76 – 200

Fiber Cement Siding
