This full exterior renovation included complete roof replacement with GAF Grand Sequoia Shingles, window replacement with Andersen A-Series Windows, and siding replacement with James Hardie Siding. We removed all old cedar siding and replaced it with Hardie board Planks. Original stucco was removed and replaced with Hardie Stucco Panels to mimic the original stucco & trim styling. New energy efficient windows were installed with Andersen A-Series as well as 400 series bay windows. Another fun addition to this home was the solar powered fresh air skylight!
